1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber", "you", or "your") and Fos TV ("Fos TV", "we", "our", or "us"), the operator of the website located at fostv.io and the associated CatchonTV branded streaming application. By browsing this site, registering an account, purchasing a subscription, activating a 24-hour free trial, or otherwise using any feature provided by Fos TV, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
If you do not accept any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service and refrain from making any payment. Continued use of the Fos TV platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Terms operate alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and DMCA Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.
2. Service Description
Fos TV is a premium Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscription service that delivers access to more than 24,000 live channels, on-demand movies, television series, and sports events. Content is streamed through the CatchonTV branded application, which is currently distributed exclusively for Android-based platforms, including Android phones, Android tablets, Android TV devices, and Amazon Fire OS devices such as the Fire TV Stick.
Where available, Fos TV streams are delivered in resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD, subject to source signal availability, your subscription tier, and the bandwidth of your internet connection. We do not currently provide a native application for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Windows, Smart TVs, Roku, or Apple TV. Users on those platforms may achieve compatibility by connecting a supported Android or Fire OS device. Channel line-ups, content libraries, and bitrates may change without notice as licensing arrangements and supplier feeds evolve.
3. Eligibility
The Fos TV service is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of their jurisdiction. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are not prohibited from receiving the service under any applicable law or regulation.
If we discover that an account has been opened by a person under the age of eighteen, or by a person otherwise ineligible, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that account immediately and to withhold any associated refund. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who may share a household connection.
4. Account Registration and Security
To use the paid features of Fos TV, you must register an account by submitting accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address and a working WhatsApp number for activation. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify us promptly of any change that may affect billing or activation.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your account, including any activation code, M3U URL, or Xtream Codes login that we issue. You must not share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer these credentials to any third party. Any activity that takes place under your account is presumed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact help@catchontv1.email without delay so that we can investigate and, if appropriate, issue replacement credentials.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
Fos TV offers subscription plans of varying duration and concurrent-connection limits, as displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any local taxes, duties, or currency-conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.
Payment is collected in advance for the full subscription term selected. Once payment has been processed, your activation details are delivered electronically, usually within minutes, to the email address and WhatsApp number on file. Subscriptions are not auto-renewing by default; you may extend or upgrade your plan at any time by placing a new order through the checkout page. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, modify plan structures, or introduce promotional offers at our discretion, with changes applying only to new purchases made after the change takes effect.
6. 24-Hour Free Trial Terms
New customers may request a complimentary 24-hour free trial of Fos TV in order to evaluate channel availability, stream quality, and device compatibility before committing to a paid plan. The trial is limited to one activation per household, per device, and per payment method, regardless of the number of email addresses used. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse a trial request that appears to abuse this limit.
No payment card is required to begin the free trial. At the end of the 24-hour period, access is automatically suspended unless you have placed a paid order. The trial line-up may be smaller than the full paid catalogue, and certain premium events may be excluded. The trial is provided strictly on an "as-is" basis with no warranties of any kind.
7. Refund Policy Reference
Refund eligibility, time windows, exclusions, and the procedure for requesting a refund are described in detail in our dedicated Refund Policy. By purchasing a Fos TV subscription, you acknowledge that you have read the Refund Policy and that it forms part of these Terms. To the extent that any conflict exists between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy shall prevail with respect to refund matters.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Fos TV solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes within your own private household. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund:
- Rebroadcasting, retransmitting, restreaming, or otherwise making any portion of the service available to the public, whether for a fee or free of charge.
- Sharing credentials with persons outside your immediate household or exceeding the concurrent-connection limit purchased.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, or circumventing any digital rights management, encryption, or geographic restriction implemented on the service.
- Using the service in connection with any commercial venue, including bars, restaurants, hotels, gyms, retail stores, or workplace common areas, without a separate written commercial licence.
- Uploading viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including chargeback abuse, the use of stolen cards, or impersonating another person.
We may monitor concurrent stream counts, IP geolocation, and device fingerprints in order to detect violations of this section. Detected violations may trigger automatic suspension while we investigate.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, logos, layouts, graphics, written copy, software, and other content displayed on fostv.io or within the Fos TV application are the property of Fos TV, its licensors, or its content partners, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such material other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the service for personal use during the term of your active subscription.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any portion of the service without the prior written consent of the rightsholder. Unauthorized use may give rise to civil liability and criminal penalties.
10. Third-Party Content
The Fos TV service aggregates channels, films, and other audiovisual works supplied by independent broadcasters, syndicators, and content partners. Fos TV does not produce, own, or claim editorial responsibility for the underlying programming, and the inclusion of any channel does not imply endorsement of its viewpoint or affiliation with its operator. Channel availability, programme schedules, and licensing windows are determined by the relevant rightsholders and may change without prior notice.
Where the service displays advertising, promotional material, or hyperlinks to external websites, those resources are provided for convenience only. Fos TV is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party, and your interactions with such third parties are governed by their own policies.
11. Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, channel package, application version, or other element of the service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. Routine maintenance, server migration, and emergency repairs may also cause temporary interruptions; we will make reasonable efforts to schedule such work outside peak viewing hours.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if your payment is reversed or disputed, if your conduct exposes Fos TV to legal or reputational risk, or if we are required to do so by law or by a rightsholder. Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms cease immediately, and you must uninstall the Fos TV application and discontinue use of any associated credentials.
12. Disclaimers
The Fos TV service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fos TV disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, freedom from error, accuracy of metadata, and continuous compatibility with any specific device or operating system version.
We do not warrant that any particular channel will remain available throughout your subscription term, that any specific event will be broadcast, or that the service will be free of buffering, latency, or dropped streams. Streaming quality depends on factors outside our control, including your internet service provider, local network conditions, hardware capabilities, and the source feed delivered by upstream suppliers.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fos TV, together with its officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service.
In any event, the aggregate liability of Fos TV for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Fos TV during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fos TV and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use or misuse of the service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, including any intellectual property right, or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the service.
15. Governing Law
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fos TV maintains its principal place of operation, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide stronger protections, those mandatory provisions shall apply.
16. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting our support team at help@catchontv1.email with a written description of the issue, the outcome you are seeking, and any supporting documentation. We will respond within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt and will work with you in good faith toward an amicable resolution.
If informal resolution fails, any remaining dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, conducted in the English language under the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
17. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time in order to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or business practices. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will, where practicable, be highlighted through an additional notice on the website or via email. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revisions, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the service and, if applicable, request cancellation in accordance with the Refund Policy.
